The controversy over shield overloading during the titan assault is unbelievable.  This process is described in our titan assault pages and is considered a part of the advanced titan assault tactics.  The controversy spawned at least ten threads across multiple forums with thousands of posts!  At 1541, we contacted DICE and asked them for their opinion on the matter.  Bottom line, the shield overloading method is a tactic not a glitch and it is up to the servers to decide whether they want to allow it.
